“I spent years at Jupiter Systems as a hardware designer, along with a bunch of other bright boys. We made all our own products. Video went everywhere. With their 980 system, I actually implemented dual Zeons in Compact PCI, giving us unprecedented power. I got to design most of the PixelNet nodes too. Eric Wogsberg drove that project himself, with me on the hardware. We had a capable software designer too. The Founders were a technical wizard named Frank Spahn and the president, Eric Wogsberg. It was a great place to work. Eric found out he was dying toward the end, and arranged the sale to the current Jupiter team. I can't testify for the new management. Jupiter now sells video solutions made by others, and I was gone in the change of ownership. I can testify to at least a decade of technical excellence and technical ambitiousness by Jupiters' founders.”

Luckily the studio exceeded all my expectations. We booked the cheapest rehearsal room and it was much larger than expected. The room was equipped with large overhead speakers or headset if your into that and a professional mixing board capable of doing pretty much any adjustments you need. I was just there to jam so I hooked up my phone without any issues and started playing right away. Clean room, large, beautiful dw drums and friendly staff. Will definitely return for more 🤙🏽”

“Fantastic tutor! Lis herself is a Cuban performer with a phenomenal voice and incredible piano skills. She knows what she's doing, and she knows how to teach. What strikes you the most about her is the loyalty that all students have towards her. Some have been going her for many years! I wanted to learn basic piano, and she taught me everything from theory to actual playing skills. There's a baby grand piano present, along with a wall piano and keyboards. Though I myself do not sing, I've heard her teach other students, and she knows how to train voices. Absolutely worth they money, it's well priced, relatively easy to find as it's close to US1 and miracle mile, and she's just a great teacher. Giver her a try, you'll learn a lot! You can even find some of her original music on Spotify and Apple Music under Lis Marquez, all of which is done by her. Good to listen to so you know how good her voice and piano skills are!
