He was multitasking to the max, talking on two phones (one on each ear) to figure out our problem, while on the computer, loading things on our cell phone and checking out another customer with the credit card machine. He was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficient. Very refreshing to see someone working hard at their job, has knowledgeable information to assist customers and can solve the problem.
