“It’s easy to get through this store in my power wheelchair with its wide aisles, and it’s always neat and orderly, even with so many people coming through. I’ve never found a better price on chicken, and the deals throughout are worth the membership. I try to come first thing in the morning to avoid crowds, plus I use scan and go to pay on my phone app. My one gripe with Sam’s is the gas attendant never does anything. There was an altercation yesterday at the pump between two people with screaming, yelling, hand gestures, but no attendant. Lines were long and this was right at the pump. This could have been a safety issue. But even other times when someone obviously needs help, no one comes out to help. Or why are so many pumps closed off so often rather than fixed? Does the attendant even tell anyone there is a problem? I still give 5 stars to Sam’s because I’m not including the gas station in that part.”

I recently ordered a new guitar online and a few days later received a phone call from the Scottsdale location informing me my guitar was going to ship from their location. The young lady on the phone let me know it was a open box item so I asked to speak to the manager. After talking with Randy I asked if because this was open box if he could throw in a case and not only did he throw in the case it was a super nice hard shell case and was on my doorstep the next day. Again hats off to Randy the guitar is awesome keep up the great customer service and when it’s time for more gear I will definitely stop in your location.”

I did not have the luxury of reading the reviews as I received a letter stating that my child needed their instrument yesterday (literally!) As I am writing my review, which I never write reviews, I see why this place receives such positive feedback! * I had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with Matthew, who is one the kindest people that I have met since moving to the High Desert. He was knowledgeable and, was familiar with my child's band teacher and knew what other accessories I would need really without me even asking for them. I had my two toddler girls with me, one of which fell asleep, my hands were full and Matthew asked several times if he could help me with anything, he offered to take my equipment to the car seeing that I was struggling a bit. Chivalry is not dead!! Matthew is truly an asset to this company. While I completed my transaction, I noticed that he treated EVERY customer with the same respect and eagerness to help. There was another friendly gentleman there as well and I did not get his name, but he offered some assistance when I was looking for additional accessories. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you!!”
