I live in San Diego and needed a spot in Laguna to train an MLB pitching coach that lives in Anaheim. I found this hidden gem. They welcomed me and my client with wide open arms. When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people. If you are in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. The facility is super super clean and modern. Another hard thing to do in the fitness industry is to keep a clean space! Way to go guys. Lately I've done curbside pickup, and the staff have been really great about finding all of my items, bringing them out in a timely manner, and helping me load my vehicle. The prices on large bulk items are good, but normal, smaller grocery items can be pricey for what you get. Membership is usually at least $50, so you have to decide if that will offset with the goods you plan to purchase.”
