I didn't have to drive very far, didn't need an appointment. Upon entering I was greeted and welcomed by a nice gentleman. I told him how my phone had been acting up and he replaced the battery immediately. Total cost with tax was less then the Apple store. “Hello everyone: I connected with Robert of A1 back in February 2020, for a television installation/wall mount, with a soundbar. Robert explained most that I needed to know in our first phone conversation and at that time, we set a date and time for the install. Once I spoke with Robert, I was at ease with the decision I had made with choosing him for the install. On the scheduled date of the install, Robert arrived on time and ready to go. Once he saw the television, he was well aware of the brand and he commenced to explaining more than I probably needed to know about the television. I could've gone with the big box store for the install. But, I probably wouldn't have received the personal service that I received from Robert. The install looks terrific and he took his time to explain key functions before he left. He made sure that everything was clean and picked up before leaving too. Comparing A1 to the big box store's, his price was compatible and their service was excellent. I'd highly recommend them and I'll be using them again in the future.”
