Had 3 people staffing each checkout line made the process quick and smooth! Despite the amount of people checking out, checkout was fast! The Cafe was open. I wanted to rule out the possibilities of easy fixes/fuses/see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in to another mechanic. I would say he went above and beyond and really helped me out. Also, he set me up with the proper chains so I'd be prepared. I would totally recommend this place. Excellent quality stuff and their help is beyond great. As someone who worked in retail management for 12+ years I can say in all honesty that the management in this store is doing something great. Every single employee I come in contact with is incredibly helpful and beyond friendly. It doesn't matter if I am there at 8am or 9pm. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. They are genuinely interested in the customer experience and eager to help you find what you need or grab you a cart when your hands are full. I am greeted upon entry and wished a great day every time I leave. It feels a little like the twilight zone to see an entire store of content happy retail workers - even during the busy holiday rush. Whatever they are putting in the water or pumping through the air vents there please keep it up! And please make sure this trickles down to the Anaheim Hills store and their incredible staff. That team deserves some praise.”

But in 2020, we did see an online ad for a high-end (used) McIntosh preamp that they had for sale, the price was competative. We bought it and had them ship it to us in NC. The unit was in great condition (very much as described,) it was shipped quickly and packed in the original boxes, including the original manual. Follow up questions were answered quickly and the piece continues to work perfectly today, many months after purchase. I'm not sure what more anyone could ask of an audio store, except maybe that they could be more conveniently located. :-)”
