Extremely poor attitude, threw my requested purchase on the counter after she tried telling me I was wrong when in fact I was correct. I suppose this irritated her. She should not be in customer service for The store instead stocking shelves when it's closed therefore no customers will have to endure her poor inexcusable attitude. Leave it at the door if you are having a bad day, or simply call off. It hurts the store when people get this kind of reaction. I will refrain from going to this store for anything in the customer service department. On the other hand, the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

He made a very devastating time in my life and that of my family as caring and as perfect as we could have hoped. We asked for a few special things and he took care of them quickly and made a very hard time easier. I was not aware of Heath Funeral Chapel because we had only moved to Lakeland a few months ago. When Hospice told us to make arrangements quickly we took a chance and called them. Please feel confident that your loved one will be taken care of with respect even to the smallest details. It's fairly clean and you can still find all of your preferred name brand food. As the ethnic population slowly changes sadly the store and brand names will too. Considering there are two nearby ethnic grocery stores in the area I truly hope Winn Dixie remains true to the customers that currently patronize them and need them.”

“Now that the construction is completed, the layout of the store is quite nice. Aisles are wide and I rarely have difficulty finding items I need. My only complaint is on my last visit an employee slammed into my hip with a long line of carts and only said "Coming in tight!" after hitting me. He realized he hit me and took off into the parking lot without another word, no apology or anything. Thankful it's only a bruise but not impressed with that type of rude behavior.”
