“After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. Just bought a new tablet and there was an issue with it (I assume a damage in shipment) so I needed to exchange. I came back the very next day and finished the exchange quickly. What could have been a time consuming process ended up being a pleasant experience. For those who say they donshop Target because it's more expensive than WM: The exact same Tablet was also on Sale there for $30 more than I just paid. Just putting it out.”

Their communication throughout the process was excellent! Our recliners had to be ordered but were in just 2 weeks later. Michael picked them up himself in High Point, unboxed and inspected each recliner, and then re-wrapped each one before delivering to us. Today was delivery day and Michael and his moving partner, Israel, were so careful unloading each recliner, bringing them through our house and upstairs to the tv room they were going into.
