“Modern Hill Furniture is the authentic Restoration Hardware. We quickly fell in love with many pieces during our online tour. The order took a while, but definitely worth waiting for! They work on each piece to satisfy customer’s wishes. They are very accommodating and any issues were resolved through communication. We got Adrian Pearsall gondola sofa, but they didn’t have the matching gondola chair anymore. I was able to find it somewhere else, and ship it to them, so they can restore it and reupholster it to match the set. Upon our request, they also made cushions, so it matches the original pieces. We are incredibly happy with the hardwood table, and dining chairs. The set we wanted was sold the day after we had our virtual tour, but they still managed to somehow piece it together from other sets of chairs that they had in stock. They have a huge selection of fabrics, so we were able to choose what we want from the samples they sent to us. It’s definitely my go to when it comes to a high quality vintage furniture.”

They are lightweight, so it's easy to move them when cleaning or changing location, but they look like they are made from much heavier material. The textures and designs are beautifully crafted and look like each one was individually customized. I fill them with stems and flowers that can be changed according to the season. All of my floor vases arrived in perfect condition as they are packed exceptionally well. They also arrived in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with this company and the products that I have purchased so far. “I bought my dream furniture from Sans Midman all thanks to Lisa. When I went into the store I was not in a good mood, and underwhelmed by their choices in stock. A nice employee found me looking disgruntled walking around, and I told her that I wasn’t finding the items I was envisioning for my new apartment. She told me she would find a sales staff to help me find what I was looking for. In comes Lisa. I show her pictures of the kind of bed set and sofa I am looking for and BOOM - she finds me several selections and I end up finding everything I was looking for and more. My couch is quite the statement piece. It is ginormous - literally 3 basketball players could comfortably fit on here — it’s the ultimate “Netflix and chill” (by myself) couch. My bed set is equally as elaborate. It’s a modern, sophisticated solid platform bed with storage and an awesome nightstand. The cost was competitive and included the shipping, delivery and assembly charges. The only issue I had was out of Sans Midman control and my sofa took nearly 12 weeks to deliver. It had to do with politics at the port in California, and then an Act of God with the “snowstorm” we had here; I do not blame Sans Midman for it. I communicated with them regularly to try to get my furniture delivered. Now that it’s finally here, it’s a dream come true. I wholeheartedly offer my praise and recommendation to Sans Midman for your furniture needs.”
