“On 5/14/2022 after looking at leather furniture sets locally; my family purchased a leather sofa and love set custom made from Natuzzi Leather from Ivan. Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. “We unfortunately found out in December that we had a water leak under the kitchen sink from a crack in the tee connector. After checking in with our insurance guy, we heard about this company and they came highly recommended. Service Master sent out a water remediation technician right away, who found out there were signs of mold along with the damage. They quickly sealed off the kitchen and did what was needed to dry the area to stop mold from growing. After a few days they removed their equipment and started removing the areas damaged from the water, which included the flooring, cabinet fronts, and baseboards. They did however wait to take out the rest of the cabinets and counters until after the holidays so that we could have an easier time entertaining guests, by our request. After the holidays, they came out quickly to remove the rest of the lower cabinets and counter tops, and the drywall that had been damaged. They started repairs quickly, working closely with our insurance to make sure that insurance covered their parts of our reconstruction. They also worked closely with us to make a few home improvements, including upgrading all of our cabinets, counters, and flooring, and flooring the rest of our main level at the same time, We did have some outside issues that caused delays, problems with insurance and the postal service, but Service Master was very patient during those delays and worked with us to keep things moving forward. They were also very patient with us when we changed our minds several times, and they went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. Now that everything is completed, our main level looks like a whole new house and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, and how everything turned out! The office staff, project manager, subcontractor, and workers were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company for any home repair or improvement needs anyone has.”

“Stopped in to return my son’s rented snowboard and the entire staff at this location could not be more helpful. One of the guys saw me getting it out if my minivan and he came and took it from me so I didn’t have to carry it. Inside my paperwork was handled efficiently by “J” (oh I’m sorry, I am the worst in remembering names) and then Danni helped me with some patio furniture and summer umbrellas. I never knew Ski Barn had beautiful patio furniture in summers. I bought three umbrellas with the sunbrella material. Danni also helped me look at the fabric choices for the Telescope dinner set I fell in love with so I can order a custom set toward the end of the season.
