I received paperwork Monday from the ex about the property and it being refinanced. While looking it over I realized that the paper work would release me from the land deed but did not make me any less responsible for the bank payment! I call Mr. Martin's office and was answered by him personally! Within 2 hours of our conversation he had spoke to my ex-husbands attorney and had the appropriate paperwork filed with all parties the courts! Mr. Martin was prompt, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and did all of it at a great price. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!”
