“I am such a bargain shopper and hate paying full price if there is a coupon available. Busy Bee is one of my exceptions. Their services are worth every penny of their prices, which really are very reasonable. We have giant dogs, small children, and a pale sectional, so we are frequently some combination of stinky and/or stained. We used Busy Bee a few months ago and will be calling them again this week. Their service was so prompt I had to push back the date of service they offered because I assumed it would take much longer to get a service date. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He was both professional and friendly, so much I will be requesting him again when I call to schedule again. For the commenters upset about your rug or furniture being wet after cleaning, you are definitely right that happens but I don’t understand what you expected otherwise. My hair, clothes, and dishes are also wet after being washed and that’s what’s happening here. I can’t put a sectional in the dryer so I just had to deal with it being damp for a few hours. Plan for the obvious effects of having something cleaned and you’ll be just fine.”

Harry instantly greeted my partner and I and we just were there to browse. My parents have anyways owned a Sundance Spa, and so growing up I always enjoyed that luxury of being able to soak in hot water. Harry explained all the differences in the hot tubs and was very professional and non-pushy. It was such a great experience that we ended up purchasing a spa and Harry gave us a super great deal (free!) on one of our guest room beds that was ancient. If you want great knowledge and quick service, sleep and spas is the way to go!”

The manager, Mark, was also very nice to all the customers. We felt very happy and satisfied and ended up buying a lot of products from there, in addition to some Christmas promotional items. Last week, a small part in my friend's rice cooker broke and when I called Pacific Kitchen Life to ask how to fix it, Lisa answered the phone and I was very surprised to hear that she remembered who I was. She offered to give me the replacement part for free, and when I went to the stop she again, was very nice and courteous and quick to help me fix it. I highly recommend it to all my friends because Pacific Kitchen Life's products are all high quality, combined with Lisa's professionalism and amazing service. Every time I go to Pacific Kitchen Life, I always enjoy my experience and explore all their new products and styles. I noticed one new style rice cooker in particular that caught my eye, it was very thoughtfully designed and functional. I also saw that they have multi-functional kettles with a small induction cooker, that has 22 different functions for my everyday needs. It is definitely on my Christmas list this year.
