I've read other reviews below mentioning delays on orders, this can happen on furniture simply because of delays on imported goods which is taking place across the country currently. It's always a good idea to order well in advance for your children or order something in stock. Overall this store is absolutely gorgeous, located in a great area, and has a wide selection of Cribs, Chairs, Beds, and Accessories to choose from. I no longer live in the area but recommend this store to anyone who is expecting. The staff are very friendly and personable. Having ordered furniture from Pottery Barn I do suggest personally staying on top of your order and calling their 800 Customer Service number to check on the status of your furniture order every 2 weeks. It's really your responsibility to stay on top of it because all furniture stores have too many orders to oversee. Be part of the solution, understand the process, and you'll be happy with your order.”

Totally up front with any limitations (we ordered right after the big freeze this past February and he mentioned things would take longer than usual). He was right. Took longer than we wanted, but understandable given the circumstances. Our delivery and set-up team, Patrick, Blake, and Mason, were all great. They actually got here earlier than projected, which was fine, and did a quick and thorough job setting up the table and explaining basic care and feeding. Overall a great job. We've bought a poker table and chairs, as well as a dart board cabinet from Universal as well. We'll be back!”

The only thing that didn’t go very well at this restaurant was the lack of sprouts. My family and I came here on 04/10/2021. We ordered 4 regular-sized pho noodle soups and only got enough sprouts for one noodle soup. When we told the waitress, she said that she would come back with more sprouts. However after we finished our meals, she came back and said that the kitchen ran out of sprouts. Because of this experience, I am only giving this 4 stars.”
