They sent the frame out and had it glued and refinished. Mary Jo found some great fabric and re-padded it wonderfully. Then to restore to true Victorian flavor he re-nailed over 300 button nails in the cleanest lines and the chair looks great again.”

Brittany, who appeared to be a young lady (mid-20s), assisted me. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the types of paint...i.e. flat, semi-gloss, etc. She helped me match my paint perfectly. While I waited for my paint to be mixed, I watched her assist other customers.
