After conferring with the team we were able to test out what was in the floor. The quality of the mattress was to my standard however I was purchasing for someone else and they believed it was too hard. The owner educated is on ins and outs of purchasing so we could make an informed decision. After explaining how we would setup the set, she went further to explain the good and bad of the setup. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great poise. Needless to say I purchased the set, asked for the delivery and received within hours. Satisfied customer.”

The parking is a little tight but maneuverable, I suggest you park along the building and check in BEFORE pulling in front of the dock doors. If there are trucks in there already, you'll make it difficult for them to get out and you to park. Being polite will also go a longer way, these guys are awesome when shown respect and they give it right back.”

Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.”

“We had Furniture Medic refinish two end tables. The tables were very old and the heavy clear coat had yellowed and was chipping off even exposing the wood in several places. Since the pieces were still very solid in construction we wanted to have them re done. From the very beginning the staff was professional and easy to deal with. They came and picked up the pieces and then delivered them once complete, making the entire process very easy on us. We provided a coffee table for them to match the end tables to. When all the pieces came back we were surprised to see a white spot had been cleaned from the coffee table that we had thought was unable to be removed and this was not the table we were having re finished. Those tables looked better than they ever had since we had them. We did not think our two ends tables could look as good as they do now.
