After moving into our new place, I had debated what style of couch to get for weeks (in the meantime we were sitting on the floor which was not so fun). Finally, we decided we just needed to go in person. We had an awesome sales person named Abby who showed us every couch in the store, and was sensitive to our needs (60 pound dog/which couch would be up to the challenge). We also picked out a matching rug that looks great. Delivery was simple...we waited a week and the crew that delivered it were on time and professional. Very happy with this shopping experience!”

“Lowe’s is a pretty good place. About the same type of products as the other big box hardware stores. Really the only thing a that keeps me from going there as often as the other the big boxes is the check out. There are never more than two cashiers and it often takes a long time to get through the line. The orange big box store has a bunch of self check out and one can almost literally breeze through the check out process.”

“I LOVE the cabinets they built for me. I moved my refrigerator to the another wall in my kitchen and wanted a storage, island like, cabinet with a butcher block top, to place in that now open space. I showed them my inspiration piece, which was 2" too long. We discussed ideas and I gave them the measurements. 4-6 weeks later, they came out and installed my cabinet. It is BEAUTIFUL, solid, and perfect. Just what I wanted. Thank you. I would highly recommend them and plan on going back, to have them build cabinetry around the refrigerator, soon.”

We've been using these cabinets for about 5 months now and we get nothing but praise for their looks... and I love the way they function. The NGY San Jose team is fantastic. I worked with Michael over the course of a month or so.... this guy is a wizard and provides excellent customer service. He helped me design a super functional and beautiful kitchen - and he was never pushy with trying to upsell on anything, he just informed us of all options and let us pick, while providing great insight. Also, I was really impressed with Michael's speed at which he was able to estimate a quote. I brought in a competitors quote (an online seller who I believed to be the cheapest, yet highest quality) and he had me a quote within 5 minutes of walking in that was about 30% cheaper - wow. He also responded to all email communications within 12 hours and was thorough with his information. The other team members were also a pleasure to work with. “This place is great. If you are just buying a house or getting an apartment I would recommend coming here before overpaying at a furniture store. A lot of their stuff is brand new and they have great customer service! There is much more to look at than listed on the website. I have a beautiful 5 ft long mirror hanging in my room I purchased there for $20 and a brand new king size mattress that retails for around 2k for $500. I wish I would have known about this place sooner”
