“I went with my friend and her almost 2 year old boy. He's a huge kid and needs a place to exercise. This gym is perfect. He ran to his heart's content, played on the balance beams, tumbled on the mats, jumped on the trampoline and dove into the sponge pit. It was great for him to play with other kids and they had a staff member to guide some play activities. It was just what he needed! We have signed up for a weekly open play slot.”

The whole gym is just so supportive. They also offer extra services like nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals. As an adult caretaker of aging parents living and working in a different state, I am constantly thinking about the health and wellbeing of my parents. Due to my dad's health declines we have had to add more services, and the team at Envision has been amazing with this adjustment. They really are lifesavers, and best of all my parents LOVE them! The team members who work with my parents are like family and it is clear that they really enjoy the work they do. “Wow!!! Five star birthday party all the way. I can’t thank Jennifer and her amazing team more for throwing one incredible seventh birthday party with a rainbow kitty cat theme for my daughter. From the incredible pre-planning with a vision board to incredible goody bags to best in class staff, you have got to book rockstar for your child’s birthday party. I literally was only responsible for getting the birthday cake and JENNIFER and her team took care of everything and everyone had the best time you can imagine!!! The coaches kept the kids super engage the entire time, they were so communicative and helpful and I felt so blessed to have them spending time with my daughter and her friends on her special day. And at the end of the party when I went to go and grab the gifts to bring them out to my car they stopped me and said oh no you don’t touch anything we will bring them to the car for you. What service! I am so blown away. And for somebody like me that tends to be pretty particular about specifics for my daughters parties, I felt like this was such an incredible white glove experience . They made us feel like VIPs all the way!!! Seriously I cannot say better things about this place and our experience in fact I think I need to have my adult 43rd birthday there next year!! I’ve been taking these kickboxing classes for 7 years and started at Roxbury location when they opened in the fall, it’s a great gym with excellent trainers and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. “I have been going to Applied Fitness Solutions for at least 7 years and love it. I can't believe I stayed with any fitness program that long. The staff at AFS are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They give you individual attention in a group setting, which is great. I also love the community at AFS. There are a range of ages from teenagers to geriatric as well as a range of fitness levels and body types. There is NOTHING competitive about it, so I can always feel comfortable working to my own level and ability. The facilities are always clean, smell fresh, and the equipment is in excellent working order. There are enough different offers from personalized weight lifting to aerobic fitness to keep it interesting. I can not recommend this place high enough.”

“I met JP about 3 years ago, just recently decided to get in better physical shape. I started on my own but then hired JP to take me further than what I could realize. JP not only with helped strength but with flexibility and agility that most people neglect. “We are complete gym nerds and add stops on all of our travels to check out new gyms. My husband is a coach and body builder, and I'm a power builder who lifts heavy to be the best training partner I can offer. Iron Revolution is one of the most well equipped gyms we've been to. The vibe is young and fresh, the facilities clean and well maintained. Most importantly the equipment is PHENOMENAL! Featuring Prime, Arsenal and Panatta is what makes the gym such a destination. We drove hours out of our way to train here twice and it was completely worth it! The owner Ray and his staff were extremely accommodating to the hubs and I and he was happy to talk equipment with the Hubs and made a point to say thank you for his social media posts and shares. The Prime extreme row is an amazing piece of equipment that we've only found at two other gyms on our recent travels. Today was our first try on both Panatta chest/bench press machines and they sure are smooth! There literally wasn't a piece of equipment I wasn't stoked to use today. We're already talking plans of visiting again soon, and in the interim hope some of our local gyms take a cute from Iron Revolution and take advantage of these amazing advances in body building equipment when selecting plate loaded machines. 10/10 would recommend a visit, and with day passes at $15 it's definitely worth the money!
