“My family and I have been students at Perin's Tae Kwon Do Center now for about 3 years now. Let me say, it has been a wonderful journey getting to know the Perins and the other students. They are all awesome. Both instructors and fellow students challenge you to be better and do more, but yet encourage you to have a great time. I have seen my son and daughter explode with self confidence because they are now more coordinated, have physical endurance, and know what is expected of them and how to accomplish it. I cannot recommend this studio enough because of the very family friendly atmosphere and the encouragement to excel. Currently, there are at least 10 families (adults included) that attend on a regular basis. We are looking forward to this next couple of years of practicing with our friends and really, our second family. Physical exercise, discipline, self-confidence, and fun-fun-fun are what you can expect when joining Perin's Tae Kwon Do center. I personally have seen students that were seemingly having trouble in school be turned around academically and behaviorally. Some even receive notes from their teachers indicating the great changes. PTC gives you the tools and self-confidence to lead, whether it be in the studio, in the office or workplace, at school, or wherever you may be. I would highly recommended this studio to my friends and family, and once you get there, you will too!!! Pedal to the metal.. right Sabumnim??? (BTW, Sabumnim is Korean for head instructor).”

“This place is fantastic! My son is a scrawny 7 year old and struggles with about half of the obstacles. However, the instructors are great at helping the kids with their technique whole they are building strength. If you are enrolled in a class you are able to attend their "open play" for free. Otherwise anyone can attend for $10.”

“I’ve been using this gym for a few months now. It has all the equipment you need for barbell (olympic and power) and Metcons. It's a functional space. The stationary equipment is dated but safe. The gym needs to be cleaned more often - it’s dusty and the floors need to be mopped/vacuumed. The information on the website is not accurate - the gym offers no classes at this point. There is a space to change clothes in the gym and a bathroom down the hallway.”

“Amazing sports and athletic training facility with world class equipment and trainers. The trainers really work to know the athletes and their goals, especially important with younger athletes. They stress fundamentals and the importance of doing things right and safely. Programs are well structured with consistent assessments to monitor progress. Training options include individual instruction to small group training. Team based programs are excellent too. We were initially reluctant to sign up our son 1.5 years ago, which was based on a recommendation from his basketball coach, but we’ve never looked back since. We’ve seen significant improvements, both physically and mentally with our athlete. Our athlete has built a relationship with the trainers where their positive interactions have created a desire for him to be a trainer one day. We can’t say enough good things about Steve Becker, his Athlete Performance team, and their world class facilities. Definitely check them out.”

“Came in with a friend who's a member to do a morning workout, the lady working the front was very sweet and friendly. Checked us in and I noticed right away how clean everything was, went upstairs and saw all the different workout machines available to use. TV's, a small lounge area by the windows, an Olympic sized swimming pool with a lifeguard. The workout area was clean and there were a few people working out. There's signs listed on the machine's asking to sanitize before and after your use, which I did... however did not see others doing the same before getting on or switching to other workout machines so I would highly suggest to wipe down before and after as a common courtesy since others do not. An employee was vacuuming the area and smiled. All in all this Y is a really good place to be apart of and would highly consider getting a membership of my own to the Y”
