“My family and I love this YMCA! It might as well be our second home. My children are recognized by the staff like Lauri, Blanche, and Lindsey in Child Watch. The facility is well kept and maintained. I have never had to alter my workout due to workout equipment being broken, serviced, or unavailable and I appreciate the approachable and friendly staff. Happy the mask mandate has been lifted so smiles can shine bright. Update: Summer Camp is now in session so pool hours have changed. Still our go to for things to do.”

“I just started my HOTWORX journey, and in the handful of times I have been so far, I love it. I have always been a weight lifter but was looking for a change in scenery. I also work a desk job and struggle with sore muscles and tightness in my hips. The recovery aspect of these classes is amazing. I love the Yoga, Barre none, cycling, everything I have tried has been amazing. Now let’s talk about the STAFF. The girl who signed me up was mostly why I joined. She was so informative and friendly. This was a whole new world to me and I was somewhat nervous finding my way around. The other staff members I have met have been so cheerful and kind. Angelique especially is extremely helpful and kind. This is my only HOTWORX experience, but I love this location so much! I see myself staying a while.”

“We attended a birthday party here and the set-up was great. The kids went inside the gym area and were able to do a number of things from climbing a rock wall, walking on balancing beams, jumping in a foam square pit, running up an obstacle and more. The place is smaller than I thought it would be, but was a good size that doesn't get you lost. There's a water fountain which is great too and a cubbie for shoes. We know a couple of kids who come here for gymnastics classes and they love it. Plenty of banners and trophies all over the place.”

“BMF is the best gym I have belonged to. It is large, well equipped and very clean. The equipment is well maintained. I feel very comfortable going in and working out. My daughter, granddaughter and I go several times a week. It does not have that "meat market" vibe. Two things that really impress me about the owner of BMF • There are a lot of teenage boys/athletes who go there. They get one-on-one help and the owner works with them in groups. Brandon has a great knack for relating to these kids, a way of authorative instructing with encouragement and explanation. • The atmosphere is very low key, friendly but not intrusive. Family friendly with a kids' room. Inspirational quotes on the walls, including a favorite of mine by Mother Theresa. But make no mistake, this is not a trendy foo foo place. It is a very serious place to get a healthy workout and relaxation combined. People of all ages go here.”
