“I been training at Grampas Boxing Gym for the past 3 months, and it's a great gym for everyone looking to put in work. It's hard to find gyms with a good blend of fitness boxing and amateur/pro boxing, but grampas boxing has it all. If you're looking to get fit without getting hit, this is a good gym for you. If you want to learn and put your knowledge to the test, Grampas gym offers sparring. The facility is always clean and well equipped with all the bags you need, (multiple heavy bags. double end bags, speed bags, a big ring, mirrors, a strength and conditioning station) The gym owners are also friendly and make an effort to get to know their members. The prices for the facility are great for a spacious and equipped gym. The other members and trainers are all friendly. Overall what sold me on the gym was how it made my training feel like home. Would recommend to anyone in OC looking for a family oriented gym, I live in LA and make that drive knowing its worth it. Very thankful for Jessica and the rest of the Grampas Boxing family, yall's gym helped me get through these tough times. Glad to have found Grampas gym! P.S. They have dope merch! The owner Mark and his amazing staff are always present and guide you through each FULL body workout. No class times to wait around for and every workout is different. The 9ROUNDS franchise and owner took care of us through the pandemic making sure we had a new workout at home every day until we could get back in the gym, that meant a lot to me and says a lot for a company. “Coming from different yoga studios, HOTWORX was the one for me. I can actually breathe in my heated sessions. Let me just tell you the sweat is unreal. My favorite sessions are truly all of them. I come everyday, and do each session a day. My favorites consist of, HOT YOGA, HOT PILATES, HOT CORE, and HOT BARRE NONE. I also loved the new HIIT sessions. The other studios didn’t offer me cycle with my membership, like HOTWORX did. Love the detox I get from this and I feel so relieved after.”
