I personally love that she provides feedback while you are in class so you wont be doing things incorrectly time after time and possibly injure yourself- something that is hard to find at many studios. She will work with you to meet you where you are and constantly provide modifications to make things easier or harder- eventually your doing things you never thought possible! Ive become so much more mentally and physically strong in the last 6+ months after starting her classes. I will admit- these classes can be tough- but you will see the benefits.”
