I was a complete beginner and a lot of the workouts made me nervous because I had never done anything like this before but the coaches and even the other clients are so welcoming and are willing to help you and coach you along. They have turned me into a forever customer. You definitely need to try it out!!”

Court is decent (it’s bigger than what you see at LA fitness), and I like the taped down three point line that’s farther out. For some reason, lights are pretty dim, but it doesn’t get in the way of playing.”

But, they completely won me over when they revived my wedding dress (which hadn’t been cleaned in the decade since I got married). I started going in September of 2020 and am so very happy I did. My fears were instantly diminished once meeting the coaches - they are very knowledgeable and helped me find ways to make every movement scalable to my fitness level; they were very encouraging through the whole process. To date not only have I exceeded the fitness goals I had set, I have built some great relationships in the process.
