“I started practicing with Mark about 6 months ago at his former studio, North Shore Yoga, in Roslyn. I have tried many different yoga studios in the area and I have to say that I felt immediately comfortable and at home when I found North Shore Yoga. There are all levels of yogis practicing together, which I appreciate since I consider myself more of a beginner. But I love that Mark gently pushes everyone at every level to explore different poses and to challenge themselves whenever possible. The new Yoga Cove studio at the Glen Cove Mansion is fantastic. Beautiful setting, and very tranquil. The schedule is very convenient, offering many morning and evening classes daily. The price is very reasonable, a great value, especially the unlimited package. 5 stars from me!”

“The Modern Milk classes are very educational! We took the birthing class, dad class, and breastfeeding class (some live and some virtual) and enjoyed all of them. Stephanie is incredible! After our baby was born, I had urgent questions about breastfeeding and she fit us in same day for a lactation consultation. She followed up with me and helped until my problems were solved. “We love it here!!! My daughter started in 2016 and so far has won the State All Around in her first 2 seasons of team competition for her age group. It has brought her a positive attitude about herself and her relationship with others. Even though she is busy almost every day with gym practice, her grades have even improved since before she did gymnastics. Who says it is too late to start? She was 12 when she competed in her first year on team. The head coach, Coach Dave, has over 30 years of coaching experience and is very passionate about gymnastics. It shows when his gymnasts win medal after medal during competition season. The Harts Gymnastics Team is a very small group and the location is so convenient. The girls are very close and are gym sisters. They always want to be together and when not in the gym, like to play around and practice their skills. We will never move to another gym.”
