“Visited for the Just Between Friends kids sale. The community center staff is professional and organized. With the machine down and an influx of people, they did a great job getting people to the event on time. I went last year as well and the outside of the building was graffitied with hate language, and the center staff was still welcoming, open, and professional. The pool looks great, well-kept. The bathrooms had touches I appreciate like a working automatic soap dispenser near the changing table. Really great place!”

“Two great and wonderful things come out of this place. Let’s start with strength. I cannot tell you how different it is doing these workouts vs doing it on your own. I can tell my strength is going up since my pain is getting To be less and shorter. ( don’t worry the pain is from using muscles I haven’t used in forever ) Work past the pain and get stronger. It feels so good! The physical therapy is awesome too. I haven’t fully taken advantage of her expertise yet. I have seen her working on others. I will say this, I had knee surgery and had lost mobility. I talked to her about it and she had me perform a test and it was actually something else. She had told me what to do and boom I’m moving good again! With this program, I find myself standing better. Sitting better. Sleeping better. Everything feels better. Except for when I miss workouts. Everyone here is so very patient. So kind and encouraging. I was nervous but am so glad I signed up. They truly care. So if your still reading this just come and see what it’s all about and DO IT! YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF LATER!”
