I'm a fitness instructor and have been for over 25 years - I've taken yoga classes all over the US, and no other instructor comes close to having Lisa's knowledge, passion, and commitment to providing the very best class day after day. She is constantly studying and attending courses to learn more so she can provide the safest, most effective, most beneficial classes possible. I started taking Lisa's class after recovering from a tennis-related wrist injury. She kept a very close eye on me for the first several weeks, making sure my alignment was pure in each and every pose. The only downside to me was that I feel that the studios need to have more ventilation or the carpets need to be cleaned better because I can smell feet and sweat which I don’t like.”

“Love! I did a tour back in December 2021 and Immediately signed up after getting feedback from the neighborhood page. I had a knee injury that prevented me from doing most workouts but I got a private lessons with Cheryl and she’s gotten be almost 100%! The gym could definitely use an update but they have machines that have stood the test of time and a few new machines scattered throughout. My husband loves the weight room and the place is so big that I can work out without feeling like I’m being watched/judged. All of the employees have been super friendly and the daycare allows me to let my kid have fun while I burn some calories. Also, they have an indoor pool that’s open all week!”
