I wasn’t looking for a Lifetime or LA fitness, I was looking for a place to go work out. It’s great. So far if I have any questions people have been there to answer them, but I usually just want to be left alone to work out. Great facility with everything I need. For all of you complaining about the lil things, go spend $100+ at one of the big guys. If you’re actually serious about your fitness, PF is the best for your money. Side note-I get the mask thing, but it’d be nice if I was making sure I didn’t pass out if I wasn’t reminded I have to have my mask on multiple times.”

“This gym is the best thing going! Not too big... Not too small... Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Excellent and state-of-the-art equipment that actually WORKS. Gym is always clean. Good positive atmosphere for beginners to advanced workout pros. Not corny and bubble gum like Planet Fitness, but not “Jock Central” like Metroflex. My trainer Joseph is an amazing trainer. He’s encouraging, but very much so holds me accountable and very knowledgeable about different exercises and form that gets results. Can’t recommend him enough!!! Great family atmosphere, as I have made some pretty good friends just from working out there. Great place for men and women to feel respected and to accomplish fitness goals. Membership rates are AWESOME too!!”

“Cindy at Bodyworks was an integral part of the recovery of a family member from a head injury. We could see a difference after the first visit. As the recovery progressed, new areas of need arose.
