I feel so much fitter now than I did in my 20’s and early 30’s. Jesse’s no non-sense approach is great. If you actually listen to his advice, and leave ego at the door, you will see some awesome results. I know I was skeptical at first, especially coming from a box with a completely different mentality, and years of ‘round the clock fitness style coaching and nutrition. But, the amazing progress I’m seeing speaks for itself. I have learned an amazing deal, and have been workout-related-injury free because I’ve learnt to listen and try to follow the advice Jesse and the coaches give me. Carrie is a great tool when it comes to anything related to nutrition. I love getting her input on some of my dietary choices, because I get good advice and insight I wouldn’t otherwise. She also has such a chill energy that I can’t be in a bad mood after spending time with her. The community is also great! Everyone has been very supportive and welcoming, and I’ve made tons of good friends through the gym.
