“November 9 I have been going to this gym for over 4 years now. It is the best gym ever! The gymnastics team had a meet today. I was there, and it was so much fun. The team works hard and gets results. But if you are not into team, then you can do classes. They teach you all the skills from handstands to complicated flips. If you are a person who likes dance, then KMC is also a great place for you! It has to studios, and fun bring your parents/friend to dance days, and dress in your Halloween costume too. KMC is a great place to learn new skills, become strong, and most importantly have fun.”

“Absolutely awesome gym, coaches, and members! They're the best for three reasons: 1) I'm still going after eight months. The coaches are always positive and their enthusiasm is contagious. And the members are welcoming and super supportive. 2) I'm stronger than I was ten years ago. The coaches do a great job of pushing me to get better without overdoing it. They seem to sense when people need to be pushed or need a break. 3) I think I'll be able to do CrossFit without injury for a long time with SLC. The coaches are constantly drilling safe technique and they're very good about helping us reach our limits without going over. Seriously - a membership will be the best money you spend all month!”

“We went to the pool area by the gym for a birthday party and my kids did not want to leave! Lifeguards were very polite and there were people in the parking lot driving around to drop us off at the right place so we didnt have to walk. It was very warm, they have a kids splash area, slides, a pool with basketball hoops, a hot tub and a little lazy river. And i loved that there were so many family changing rooms with showers in them! Very convenient!”
