“Power Up Yoga is an incredible workout for your whole body, your mind, your heart, your lungs. I really look forward to going to the 6pm classes and winding down after work. Doreen and Fred are great instructors and always supportive and professional. They know when to encourage you to go further and respect you when your body needs to rest. The class is filled with great people of all ages that respect each other and the purpose for being there. It’s not a competition and not intimidating. “There is limited equipment which makes for long waits. I loved the fact that it is open 24 hours. It’s a great price for the membership, especially when you get it plus tanning. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately right before I ended my membership it wasn’t being kept up very well. It seemed like the paper towels were always empty. Not to the staffs own fault, members weren’t showing respect by not re-racking their weights and dirty paper towels were left all over the floor.”

“Started my fitness journey and the end of January 2019. I had taken a class or two for fun with friends for Bachelorette parties, and had always wanted to learn more. I took my first class and I was hooked! My instructor was kind, encouraging, and everyone at the studio was so welcoming. Pole is definitely more challenging than it looks, and it will take a lot of determination and hard work to achieve your goals. They offer a variety of classes to show you how versatile pole can actually be. You can go there for the workout, to learn technique, or to learn choreography. I encourage people who are interested to just give it a try - and take more than one class before you decide if it is not for you.”
