“Well I have been called by stretch lab a few times. Decided to actually try them out. The class was really good,stretched me out had more range of motion and felt longer. The customer service was A+, super friendly. The location is clean with nice equipment. The only down side for me was the cost.I know you get what you pay for but adding this to my gym membership is almost an extra car payment. Wish they did a punch card or something with out a contract. But please try them out, you wont be sorry.”

“It's Sunday evening and first time attending a Birthday Party ???????????? for my granddaughter at a gym. The party hosts were hospitable. Very nice and helpful. Reserved from 6 to 8 pm. About One hour and 15 minutes of gymnastics play. Parents can leave their child at the party or stay and observe from the balcony. Towards the end of the gym time, parents can come down to take pictures. Afterward, head to the room where its birthday party ????, ????, and presents time. The kids had a great time.”

“I joined CrossFit925 in December 2018. I have lost 25 pounds and close to 5 percent body fat. I came on board with some previous issues with injuries to my body and the coaches have done a fantastic job of addressing those issues. I love to hunt out west in the mountains and I need to have strength, mobility, stamina flexibility, etc. to be able to enjoy my hunts. CrossFit925 has kept me motivated and healthy in regards to fulfilling my bucket list in the mountains. They have been more than willing to make adaptions in areas when needed of which has allowed me to move forward injury free. My wife and kids have noticed the change in my overall health as well of which helps motivate them to promote better health in our family decisions related to physical fitness. The coaches and the athletes create an atmosphere that leaves you wanting to come back for more when you walk out the door.I am truly happy and excited that I made the choice to come on board with Crossfit925. “I absolutely LOVE Lifetime! Every location I have visited, I have always had a good experience. The facility is open 24/7, clean, spacious, and various activities/classes are offered. There is a vast variety of workout machines, wet and dry saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, basketball courts, rock climbing wall, and the list goes on. The pricing is a bit high compared to other gyms, but you definitely get what you pay for!”

“I absolutely love SPENGA!!! I just never really had luck with the gym , I wasn’t motivated to go or when I did, I didn’t push myself and wasted time. I thought I would try SPENGA out because I liked the thought of spin, strength training and yoga in an hour session(sin scared me a bit since I had never done it), I’m SO glad I took the chance!!! I go three to four times a week and am seeing an improvement in my body and eating habits. The workouts get your whole body good! The staff is amazing and the facility is so clean and inviting !!!
