I have had a knee replacement and each time I attend a class I have made progress with flexibility and strength in my knee. There is no pain after and you gain so much more movement with ease. No stress. Highly recommend anyone recovering from knee or hip replacement. The instructors are very thorough and detailed oriented. It is a fantastic way to heal and move forward with positivity. “Beautiful and very clean studio. I was visiting the area because my husband was running the Cape Ann Half Marathon. He ran and I went to a Yoga Sculpt class. Loved it! The only recommendation would be to consider having 5 or 8 pounds weights in addition to the 3 and 2 pounds. That would allow individuals to push consider themselves a bit more if they choose to. But otherwise really loved it! Great teacher.”

“I joined elite last April. I used to do yoga , had a personal trainer 3 days a week and ran about 10 miles a week. I gave it all up when I started working out here. You get all of that in one class. HITT, plyo, boxing , weight training etc. Very patient instructors that really take time to train their clients. NSB and South Daytona gyms are clean and well equipped. They have an Ormond gym but I’ve never been. The family that owns the place is impressive. Check it out. You won’t be sorry.”

“As a mom, I am thoroughly impressed at Riverview Gymnastics. My daughter participated in the Summer camp two years ago while visiting relatives. She loves this place so much that this year she is going to stay with my sister for a couple weeks but her request is to attend camp. We visited the gym recently and to our surprised Tiffany remembers us and welcome us with a smile. She is so good with the kids... very creative, thoughtful, safe and friendly. Her staff is great as well. All of them are very professional and fun! That made my daughter very happy. We lived too far away to take advantage on a daily basis, but you better believe we'll continue to participate every time we visit relatives.”

“I can’t believe for as long as this place has been around that there are only a handful of reviews for it. For that matter, the 5 star rating should every once in a while change for places like this so that someone can actually give it 6 stars. Though all gyms have their pros and the cons, this one by far is the most training impactful environment that I have ever been in. You will learn to push limits like never before and the environment does not shy away from you pushing those limits. There is no better impacting environment than that of Diamond Gym. It’s a hard-core place where anyone from novices to professionals can walk in the door, absorb the energy, be a part of the energy and walk out of those doors feeling both accomplished and spent. -Great old school gym feeling -Knowledgeable staff -Awesome equipment and equipment layout -The the vibe in there is always incredible - A truly motivational training environment Originally run and owned by the late/great John Kemper and his family. The place has unspoken dignity and a brand of its own. Ex-pro bodybuilder and a really down to earth guy, Dwayne Broadway runs the show now. Not to take anything away from other places but, damn, this place should be the only kind of gym that ever exist. If there were franchise opportunities, based on the brand itself, I would be all over it. If you are within reasonable driving distance of Diamond Gym Maplewood, New Jersey .... it’s not a gym that you should pass up on. Your time spent there would be totally focused on truth in training ... Big time.”

For anyone who has recently had a total hip replacement and must maintain a greater than 90 degree hip position (between the torso and and the legs), this location has a seated elliptical, with an adjustable recumbent back support. I moved out of the area, but I would highly recommend this Planet Fitness on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ.”
