The owner & staff have done a great job at creating new classes to meet the evolving needs/intertests of their students. They continue to provide recreational gymnastics instruction, but also provide the opportunity to participate on a beginner competitive gymnastics team for those kids ready for it. I continue to recommend Kartwheel Kids to any parent considering a gymnastics or ninja type program for their child. They also offer a great deal for birthday parties!”

“I have been a teacher here for 9 years. They say do something you love and you will never work a day in your life. Truth is this is my second home and I spend anywhere from 35-40 hours monthly in this studio. I have worked at other studios and to be completely honest this is family. Whether you are staff, recreational or company students this is a feel good place. A place to feel safe and leave with a smile on your face. I maybe biases but teaching here is truly where I feel at home. Last year my family went through what was the worst year yet. My 3 year old nephew was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer the night of my wedding, and my father past later in that year. Rise dance studio put together a toy drive for my nephew for Christmas, and when my father passed staff, parents, and students attended his wake. I am forever grateful to Val and all of Rise Dance Studios. Can’t say Id get that love and support anywhere else. Thank you rise for giving me this outlet. Miss Diana.”

“PROS: No better place to learn Krav Maga than this place. Juan "Sir" has been in marital arts for almost 20 years and has been through real world scenarios when it comes to being attacked. He does not settle for lousy technique and will make sure you get it right. Brand new building, equipment, and area as well. All for reasonable prices. Don't trust me? Go in for a free trial and see for yourself CONS: Parking isn't that good. Small lot that gets full quickly and no street parking so you have to find a different street to park on OVERALL: Once I figured out which martial art to take I knew this would be the best once I walked in the front door. Traci will make sure you're all set to fight with "Sir!"”
