I actually started training with an LA Fitness Trainer at a different location and made the decision to permanently move here when I started working with Forrest. Forrest is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He goes above and beyond and makes sure every session is personalized to the areas I want to improve. He’s flexible and have showed up for sessions on Sundays, late nights, and basically whatever day/time that works for me. I absolutely recommend Forrest to anyone looking for a PT, even though I don’t want to share him :)”

“I come walking here daily in the evening and sometimes in the morning. My mom comes walking here every morning. It's a relatively safe neighborhood and a very clean park, my only complaint would be that at night some of the lights are off and they could be very dark (almost pitch black) in some areas. Overall a very nice park for taking your family and also for exercising as the entire perimeter is surrounded by sidewalks.”

“Excellent gym. It's in an old t shirt factory so the building itself isn't the greatest but there is plenty of room and a good variety of equipment. Even when it gets a little full you dont have to worry about not having equipment to use. Fair prices and probably lowest around. Would give five stars if the place had AC or some big fans to move air through the place during the summer. Also if the person who always (EVERY SINGLE DAY) leaves the 45s on the bar at the deadlift deck would stop doing that.”
