“Great gym, love all the equipment, never have to wait for a cardio machine, sometimes I have to wait to use a weight machine... but there are other to keep me busy while I wait... I have been going to this gym for awhile now... and I notice the same nasty dirt on the bottom of the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend them to clean that. Also their punching bag is in a horrible location, the bag should not be attached to anything else... it should have it's own area.”

He filmed each exercise our boys tested on the first day and sent the videos to us with a comprehensive summary of what they needed to work on. “This place saved me. I got stranded in the airport for a full day because I lost a flight. The airport has very few couches or lofts to sleep, so a flight attendant recommended me this place as they have sleep rooms (which are really offices adapted as rooms). I was able to stay there 10 hours for 60USD. I slept very comfortably and was able to use their facilities and take a shower. Finding them turned a very unpleasant experience into a great one.”
