You know how hard it is to find a new stylist! My first experience at a *different* salon was a disaster. By the second visit, the bleach (she put me under heat!) broke my hair off at the crown. I sat in the chair and cried. I found Liz and 1 1/2 years later, the broken-off piece has grown out.
