They always take the time to help me troubleshoot and problem solve. I destroyed multiple drill bits attempting to install curtain rods in my plaster walls — Dale instructed me on the use of masonry bits and my project became much easier. They even carry the dog food we use, Taste of the Wild, which isn’t sold in many locations. I will always shop at Downer Hardware over any big box store because of their excellent customer service and care that they offer.”
