“July 2019: I’m upgrading my review from three stars to four because in the last year the store has made great improvements. Canned dog food is still hit or miss for availability, and the misc hardware and fitting for pipes, hoses, etc. could use more frequent organizing and inventorying, but overall I have much better success at finding what I need when I come here. I’ve shopped here for years because there aren’t many great alternatives, but now my trips are becoming more enjoyable again. June 2018: Not great about keeping the shelves stocked but according to several employees, new management was on its way as for mid 2018, so hopefully these issues are resolved.”

“I went in to Lowe's to buy mulch. One of the employees, Tyler, in the lawn and garden center helped me with everything! He loaded the bags of mulch on my cart and helped me pick out the which grass seed would work best for my yard. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He even helped me load everything into my car which was a huge help since the bags of mulch were very heavy and my husband wasn't with me to help. You should have more employees like him!”

“I go here almost every week or 2 to buy animal food. They are very nice and usually always have what we need in stock. They can be a little pricey on certain items but my concern is that off and on they change the prices of our dogfood from 22 bucks to 18 bucks instead of keeping it the same for convenience we never know which price we're going to have to pay. I also dislike the fact that you give them your phone number for "reward points" but they never show you how to redeem them and by this point we should be able to get a few weeks of animal food for free for how long we have been using our number but still no discounts or redeemable money.”
