It's difficult getting help at any hardware store but at Lowe's I seem to be able to find assistance much quicker than nearby Home Depot. The people working at Lowe's are much more knowledgeable and seem more eager to help than other stores. Another reason to shop at Lowe's over Home Depot is the large number of impatient drivers heading for the Starbucks and Chick-fil-a that share Home Depot's parking lot. To be able to avoid that traffic is well worth it.”
