“Today I went to Visual Eyes for the first time. I am new to the area and need to get all my health appointments together. The location was easy to get to and there was parking. The office was a little difficult to find as its on the second floor of a building. I couldn't find the elevator at first, but I asked someone and they pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist and assistants were all very nice and welcoming. They were efficient and thorough. I received a call ahead of time to collect my insurance information. I called right before my appointment asking about my copy and they were able to give me details. I received two-three reminder messages/texts, so I didn't forget. They were open on Saturday which is very convenient. The pre-eye exam was quick and easy. There is a new option to get eye images versus dilation. It's out of pocket $39 versus insurance paying for dilation. The perk is you don't have blurry near sighted vision for the next 3 hours and don't have to wait an additional 20 minutes for Dr. Pam to check your eyes again. The assistant explained the advantages and disadvantages of both options to me and didn't pressure me to do the paid one. Dr. Pam was very personable, energetic and social. She was kind, funny, thorough and quick. She really has a bright aura. She was also clear in her explanations. Overall, I had a good experience. As far as my contacts go I had my old prescription so she had a base to work from. My left eye seems to be changing so I may have to go back for an adjustment, but I don't have anything bad to say about my experience. Go see Dr. Pam!”

“I was a,"walk in": and I signed in as instructed. There was no line but a couple of people were already in the process of donating. My wait was minimal and as a 1st timer it took about 12 - 15 extra minutes to process me and position me at the phlebotomist station. A short painless stay at the station, written post donation precautions and a 10 minute rest with drink and snack (furnished by the center) and I was out the door in approximately 40-45 minutes and headed to my humble abode; "Mi Casa"! A good experience for sure.”
