The pharmacist was so friendly and remembered some details I mentioned about my son at my appointment early in the day and mentioned those things to my son at his late appointment, to my son's delight. He gave my son a little bag of goodies for doing a good job being brave. As we sat on a bench outside the pharmacy eating some of the goodies right away, per my son's request, we noticed a sweet interaction of a pharmacy tech coming around to the customer side of the window from inside the pharmacy to greet and comfort a customer. It's truly refreshing to see this level of personal care.”
