“Being in the mountains of Idyllwild, it's important to be sure your heater is in tip top shape. I ordered an inspection and Dan came to my house. I always keep my filters changed and my heater clean, but it's good to get it serviced because you don't want it to fail when it's snowing!!!! Dan went through everything and tested all the components. I asked a lot of questions and he was very informative. He really helped me understand just how important it is to keep my heater clean and filters changed. Dan was professional, polite and knowledgeable.....He did a great job and I'll be planning another forced air heater check annually! Thank you for all your help in understanding the heater system, really appreciate it! Jen helped me on the phone and she was Great! This was our first kitchen remodel and Michael was extremely patient working with us and in helping with the design. He made the overall process easy and less intimidating. It was real important to us that our refrigerator and dishwasher be hidden and built into the cabinetry and Michael reviewed the appliance specs to ensure that the cabinet front measurements were correct. There were many iterations of the design and Michael would always be available to assist. It has been about 4 years since the completion of the project and the cabinets are just as beautiful as the day we put them in. We highly recommend US RTA Cabinets and would definitely use them again! Don't hesitate to go with this company--the product and customer service is unsurpassed!”
