“This store and all its staff have been doing excellent during the COVID-19 event. They have been keeping all the stock up as best they can. They are constantly working hard every time I go there. They allowed elderly to shop in the morning for 1 hour exclusively before fully opening. Dollar General and it's staff have really come through for people in this area who need supplies. I'm very gratefull that my family and I did not have to go elsewhere for goods during this pandemic.”

We found exactly what we wanted and it’s an Amish made set which I’m really excited about. Michael in the store was so easy to work with. He was so accommodating in putting the leaves in the table so I could see the finished product when fully opened. They have a great selection of chairs to choose from for the tables and I like the fact that you can buy them separately from the table so that you’re getting exactly what you want. I couldn't find the coupon in the app, so I took a picture of the same tag and showed it to the cashier as I was checking out. She didn't know why it wasn't in the app and called the manager over. Manager said if it's not in the app, there's nothing they can do. I asked if they could do a manual entry since they were advertising the discount. The manager begrudgingly lowered the item price as a price match and sent the cashier to pull the tag from the shelf. I stepped away to look at my receipt when the cashier returned with the tag and again commented how it was odd that I had purchased the right products during the listed sale dates and yet no coupon appeared. The manager commented, "Whatever makes her happy." Seriously? Why do I have to ask you to honor your own advertising?”
