“For many years I had a terrible flooding problem in my garage and basement, and there was a brick retaining wall that was cracked and ready to crumble. Czech Craft did a great job of preventing excess water by digging a deep trench, installing proper drainage, and waterproofing. They also re-built the retaining wall and re-graded the driveway. That was ten years ago, and I haven't had a water problem yet! I was so pleased that last year I asked them to do the waterproofing of the South wall of my house as well.”

“This review based on our experience getting an estimate. We had a great experience with National Flooring. When I first called to inquire about their services, I spoke with someone named Penny. She was very friendly and informative. She was able to provide in great detail their process with coming to take measurements, to us picking out flooring options, being able to take samples home, and availability. We were able to book an appointment for them to come to our home to take measurements so that we can be given an accurate estimate. We went to their location on Fairview in Brentwood to look at flooring samples prior to the appointment. I felt they had plenty of options to choose from and we were able to find several options we liked. We were able to check the samples to take home to see if we liked how they looked. Susan was the person that came to take measurements and provided us with a detailed estimate. She was very nice, informative, and took the samples back with her. We had a detailed estimate the very next day in our email that we felt was very reasonable. Unfortunately, we decided to not replace our flooring at this time due to change in circumstances but if the need arises, we will definitely go with National Flooring based on their excellent customer service and reasonable estimate.”
