Here are the highlights: -Their prices were fair (quote was for labor only, materials were paid thru-out the project and receipts were provided for all items). -They were super communicative and honest about everything, including costs and delays. -Their entire team was extremely friendly (with us and our 90lb dog) and made us feel comfortable with them in our home. -They were patient with us and our decision making and questions. -They went above and beyond to be helpful, going so far as to check on our home when we were out of town during a large summer storm. -They cleaned up completely after the project was complete. -Most importantly: THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. They are very detail-oriented and clearly care about the quality of the work they deliver. The tile work looks spectacular. They take care to make sure the client is happy and they will tell you what they believe works or doesn't work. Our remodel took a bit longer than expected and started a few weeks after the original projection. However, I think this is a credit to their honesty and attention to detail. “This store is neat and as clean as expected. I appreciate the variety of items, and they do a good job of rotating stock to match the season and holidays. Employees are friendly, and checkout has always been quick. I have however noticed that some of the model furniture on the floor for shelving has been really shaky and likely doesn't reflect the quality of the product if assembled properly. Recommendation: The Big Lots version of Charmin Ultra Strong Toilet Paper is our go to TP. We're really impressed with it, and we prefer it over name brand and Kroger brand. The lower price is just a bonus.”
