I reached out to him via text message, and he was very prompt in responding to my messages/questions. Victor was also kind enough to drive to our house to provide a more accurate estimate of the work that was requested. He showed up in a timely manner to do the work on multiple days and was very patient with us when we took a break and couldn’t decide on materials. He ensured that the job was very neatly done from beginning to end! Victor did a small fireplace remodel and also installed our kitchen cabinet pulls. “John's name came up when I had ordered a violin for my 7 year old and it came broken, and I was researching hoping to find someone to repair or purchase a quality one from. John emailed me back quickly, and invited us to his workshop to measure my daughter and determine the right size for her. He walked us through the importance of a correctly sized violin for a beginner, gave us many resources to get her started, and happily entertained all my daughters questions on his in progress cello's he was crafting. John is kind, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. My daughter walked out of there with stars in her eyes and over the moon with excitement to start her journey on learning to play the violin.”

“Excellent customer service and support. I had a gas log set that was at least 20 years old and needed replacement. Hansen's website helped me to understand some of my options, but once I took measurements and sent my information to Hansen, I felt confident in making a purchase. Their sales team made it very easy to know that I was selecting the right product for my application. What I ordered was in stock and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, two of the gas log pieces that I ordered were damaged during shipping when the box was dropped by the shipper. I sent Hansen Wholesale a photo of the box and the damage and they immediately set up a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for the replacement parts to come in due to supply chain issues, but the parts did appear when Hansen said they would. The final result looks outstanding in my fireplace and I can tell that the materials are of high quality. I expect to be enjoying this set for a long time. I'm glad that I was able to find Hansen Wholesale and will absolutely consider using them again for ceiling fans, lighting, etc.”

“I'm very happy and glad that I found Window Depot. 1st work order, we ordered 2 custom windows, a very long and thin casement window, and a very large 48" x 40" sliding kitchen window, both windows were beautifully made, and quality is awesome, great air seal, and very good price. The installation was seamless and after service was great. I needed minor kitchen window leveling against my countertop, and the team sent someone here immediately. Because of the great experience, we went back to Window Depot 2nd time to replace the whole house sidings, again great price and very professional installation team. My home is so warm now in this winter and the siding is beautiful. Shout out to Joe and Window Depot siding team, the entire process from peeling off old cedar siding to new insulation & siding installation took only 4 days. We also recently got the large custom bay window from window Depot, the Bay window is beautiful and makes our living room like new. Very very pleased with Window Depot, and Joe is great. Definitely recommend them for their siding and windows. And for sure will use them for my future window replacement.”

“Trucker Life. While doing Amazon Block haul for a week, part of the loads where cancelled and I end without anything to do for 3 days. I slept in their lot for couple of nights with no issues. Inside I found that they sell a lot of Filipino food products so it's a plus for me. I noticed also that there are a lot of 4 wheelers (mostly vans) slept out here as well. There are no truck stops nearby so I am very appreciative for letting us sleep in their lot. Thank you”
