He came to our home, making the hour trip twice, to make sure the one we wanted would fit. He even came over the day of installation. Clarence who installed it was just great and very helpful going over the instructions showing us how it works. Then we added a new mantle which they custom built for us. Jerry installed that for us and it looks beautiful. We wanted to mention all 3 because they represented their company well with their knowledge and professionalism.
