“Joey and Tom were wonderful! They were responsive, friendly and easy to work with, and we actually had some fun and laughs during our remodel. Not only is their pricing very reasonable, the quality of cabinets is excellent with all the bells and whistles, but this is a family owned business for generations, and this sealed my decision to chose them. They went above and beyond on their customer service. We had some issues and hiccups with other vendors and contractors with parts of the remodel, and they came out and made adjustments to fix the issues to make it all work. Every measure, every detail, all done perfectly! What I also loved about them is they do everything from measure, to design concept, to building and putting together the cabinets, to delivery to install and finishing touches! “The best winter Wonderland in Ohio! The charm is real, right from the start. We saw a hearty, welcoming outdoor fire with sanitary individually wrapped marshmallows and Frank Sinatra spotify playlist upon arrival. It set the tone. Friendly, welcoming Ma and staff. Adorable gift shop with every cozy gift imaginable. Hot chocolate, maple coffee, and cookies for free. We loved the docile, beautiful Percheron horses and the carriage tour on the snowy trails. We can't wait to book a night sleigh ride, with lanterns all throughout the trail in the woods. Friendly driver wore a mask and offered to take our pictures. Make sure you subscribe to the email list so you know when rides are available, they go quick! We can't wait to come back!!!”

“Great little store with pretty friendly staff. There have been vast improvements over this past year. Getting rid of two horrible and petty managers, replacing unprofessional staff, and a complete remodel. While it left the store shelves low for a while, the staff worked hard to keep the store up with old inventory going out, new inventory coming in and the construction crews leaving their mess every where. It's a shame that a previous manager, who should know store procedures, would come complain about the current staff over things beyond their control. But I guess that's why he's no longer the manager.”
