“Mater Builders NW did several projects for me including an entire kitchen overhaul, to smaller projects like adding a door, and pouring a concrete step. After interviewing maybe 13 contractors I chose MBNW because Bill did a great job of communicating and he line itemed things which I loved (being able to take things off I didn't want to spend on or adding things in based on line items). In addition their pricing was great and they stayed true to their projections. Despite some problems from our cabinet company, MBNW was also able to keep our tight timeline. Then 2 weeks later another one decided to chew a hole in the other side of the roof. Once again Joroba was quick to come over, raccoon caught and holes were patched up with wire mesh. Great service. We selected them in part due to the high quality of pool they offer, the very clear and easy to understand contract compared to some other companies that just offered "packages", the focus on healthy pool water. Having the natural water with UV Light Sanitation makes it so nice to swim and not come out smelling like chemicals. The project came out beautiful and even the inspectors were impressed with how well the equipment pad was laid out and put together, the way the plumbing, etc was done.”

Want to talk about no wait lines on the phone and talking with someone directly? They got you covered. They are extremely honest and cheerful about helping out. Sometimes I had to call back with more questions and NOT ONCE did they make me feel like a nuisance. I asked for a custom rate for the part I needed to get here by Saturday (in the middle of 2 day and overnight shipping, depending on when it would be picked up) and they found a solution for me at a great price. Overall I will definitely be giving them more of my business and I consider the environment there more as a friendship than anything else. Great people over there. I have no idea what Scott is saying in his review, but as far as the customer service they were extremely happy and upfront about the whole process, even down to including a floor model they had and all the details about it.
