To me it was top-notch service five stars across the board from the top to the bottom which means from the staff all the way up from the administration down to the staff excellent nurses excellent OT, PT. everything was nice. The staff, they care about you and without them I wouldn't be where I am today I had surgery a little over 2 weeks ago on my right knee to be implemented and then I had the left knee done, both total knee replacements. I feel like if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I am right now so I'm at home now I came home yesterday nothing but the best all I can say this is a wonderful hospital and I recommend it to anyone. “Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. One thing I don't like is that if you need to call for an app, refills, or questions for the Dr, etc, you don't talk to anyone usually. You have to leave a message name, DOB, and what you are calling for. They will call you back. Most times it doesn't take too long to get a call back... Unless it's on Thursday afternoon. They're closed on Fridays. Other than that, I am very pleased with my Dr and the staff. I do recommend them.”

Got her vitals taken within minutes, the nurse ordered an X-ray before being seen by the doctor so that the doctor would have results when they were able to see her.
