Came in again twice with same family member in ambulance. The staff was attentive, but we were there over 12 hours before we got a room. The last time was by ambulance and it was only a few hours before getting a room. Once she was admitted the staff was very friendly and attentive. I guess it's the ER staff that needs an overhaul!”
